I received an email stating my paperwork had been received and it would be 30 days. I responded with why I had to wait another 30 days and the response was they had not received my paperwork. Really?Having been a homeowner for 30 years, this is the worse experienced I have had with a warranty company. Still waiting for an appointmentSo I submitted the claim through the internet. Got a call from Select the next business day asking make and model of the oven.
